These Terms of Service govern access to nova-m.shop and purchases from nova-m. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy linked on the website.

We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate, but colour, packaging, measurements, and availability may vary. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious error, limit quantities, or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, or fraud is suspected; if we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

Orders and payment

An order request is not accepted until the payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation. Payment is processed by Shopify and/or the selected payment provider. You authorise us to charge the applicable product total, shipping, and taxes shown before submission.

Shipping and returns

Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, defective products, exclusions, and refunds are handled under our Refund and Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, use automated tools to copy content without permission, submit unlawful material, or attempt unauthorised access. Website text, logos, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to nova-m and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and non-essential content are provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or rights that applicable law protects.
